Most doors can be repaired even if they do look way beyond repair but there will be a small amount of doors that cannot be resurrected. Upon removing the outer skin the door frame is repaired where required using available door bottom sections and from pieces fabricated here in our own workshops. The frame is then prepared and primed in etch primer before the outer skin is then bonded on using PVA bonding. The outer skins that we use are Heritage products. The bottom of the door receives a coating of stone chip protection on the inside edge as does the inside bottom of the door and then the whole door is given two coats of 2k high build primer.
